CENTO's San Marzano tomatoes...

These beautiful tomatoes are right off the vine, they are not San Marzano tomatoes by Cento Fine Foods which incidentally were my mother's favorite when cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

These beauties will be used for Sugo the Italian for “sauce” and used for topping pasta.
