Ken McCallum of the Security Services (MI5)

 

Ken McCallum of the Security Services (MI5), and Sir Mark Rowley of the Metropolitan Police like every other UK government Department use the Neither Confirm Nor Deny (NCND) policy to conceal (cover up) criminality and terrorism and we're not talking about taking candy from a baby, we are talking about murder. 

Mr. McCallum would have you believe that the "NCND" which is not a legislative instrument of authority "law" but a "policy" prevents "harm" and habitually claims to whoever will listen, that it is in the interests of Britain's national security, but what they are doing is deciding who deserves protection from “harm,” and who doesn’t.

I, unfortunately, have personal experience of MI5’s, the MET's deeply disturbing deployment of “NCND.” 

This has caused me and my family to suffer threats, harassment, and aggravated religious harassment, and being stalked over a significant number of years. 

They have not only stood by while their Departments were invoked giving legitimacy to those who are terrorizing myself and my family. 

They gleefully stood in silence watching as I was falsely accused of being the “source of intelligence” in the Forest Gate anti-terrorist raid in 2006, to the present, this deeply hurtful, harmful, and malicious libel was published online over, and over again on Twitter (X), WordPress by Keeley and Clifford Peeples. 

And in print, not by an honest broker of the truth but by a dedicated member of the gutter press in Ireland known as the Phoenix Magazine, they gave legitimacy to the lies (libel), fabrications, and untruths, the so-called editor of this Pigs-swill of a magazine is Paddy Prenderville, he along with the owners of the Phoenix, Peter Keeley, and Clifford Peeples are given advance notice that a day of reckoning is coming. 

And while all this was going on what did our heroes at Thames House (MI5) in London, along with the MET Commissioner do, they steadfastly refused to provide any form of a letter by hiding behind “NCND.”  

While we are under attack and suffering significant alarm, distress, and harassment by the poisonous publication, again and again of hate-filled libel which continues to be traded by the perpetrators as fact when in reality they are nothing but manufactured lies invented by Peter Keeley, which only ever served three functions the dissemination of malicious falsehoods (libel) to cause harm, and or loss of life and in doing so to cause unimaginable pain and suffering to myself and my family, and this is exactly what they, have achieved. 

MI5 and the MET chose to shield the perpetrators by sacrificing me and my family on their holy alter of Neither Confirm Nor Deny (NCND) - knowing that I was not the “source of intelligence” and unconnected in any way whatsoever, they condemned us to the most heinous levels of threats and harassment, fear, torment, and torture with no thought for our safety, security, welfare indeed our lives, they didn’t give a hoot about me or my family as they recklessly sought to compound the fear, perhaps more so, due to my being publicly outspoken on their sponsorship of terrorism in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland which involved murders and bombings committed by Peter Keeley and others. 

Let me also state for the record the Ministry of Defence equally shares responsibility in covering up for the murders committed under its watch of civilians, police officers British soldiers, and Irish citizens like Tom Oliver in the Republic of Ireland where murder and torture houses were set up and used by British State agents – with the blind complicity of the Irish State. 

They were fully cognizant of the threat posed by the perpetrators and thanks to their injunction which was obtained by perjury, it gave cover to one of the perpetrators who self-assuredly said “There’s nothing you can do” he promptly cited the “MOD’s injunction” which prevented me from speaking to the police without the consent of the Secretary of State for Defence (life), under the terms of which I faced imprisonment and was prohibited from speaking or making a complaint to the police, other than to one officer within the United Kingdom who was “selected and Identified” by the Ministry of Defence which was rejected by me, being a denial of my right of access to justice, and police protection which has been the case right up to the very present. 

I can assure you of one thing if MI5 and the MET continue to allow this situation to drag on, I will instruct my solicitors to instigate legal proceedings, perhaps this is what Mr. McCallum and Mr. Rowley want to cause us further financial detriment and compounding the fear being felt by allowing the perpetrators to evade accountability due to their status of being a “protected species” who can kill in his own words with “impunity.” 

Keeley’s vicious campaign of harassment has continued unabated from 2006 to the very present. 

Mr. Ken McCallum of the Security Services (MI5), and Sir Mark Rowley of Metropolitan police, it is now time to decide if you stand for justice, and the rule of law, or side with a convicted terrorist and a murderer who has stalked, threatened, and harassed me and my family – what you do now, decides what happens next.
