18-days-ago a formal request was made to the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) over the handling of weapons and explosives by convicted terrorists – and such an individual traveling overseas to receive training in making improvised explosive devices (IEDs). NO REPLY…
I also asked if it was an offense to instruct (teach) a person convicted of terrorism on how to make IEDs. NO REPLY….
I also sought to know if PSNI operated a register of terrorism offenders (RTOs) in Northern Ireland. NO REPLY….
In addition to establishing if a terrorist offender notification procedure was in operation compelling such an individual to provide any addresses at which they stay and foreign travel., etc. NO REPLY….
I also asked the PSNI if someone would be under a legal obligation to inform the police of having come into information regarding the commissioning of an act of terrorism by a person who has admitted to murdering police officers, soldiers, and civilians in Northern Ireland. NO REPLY…
